Submitting with eP and eA is great, photography is annoying. Adjusting the neckline size is cumbersome.

Although my mobile phone has an excellent camera, it is almost impossible to photograph/scan invoices in a recognizable way. It's a disaster: I sometimes need more than 5 minutes and countless attempts to scan an invoice recognizably. Other apps can do this much better. The rest of the app is good, but it doesn't help if it doesn't fix the problem described.

Document capture with the smartphone camera is a bit shaky. That's why I scan the receipts on the PC and import them as a pdf file to the smartphone. So I can use it for the subsidy right away. This works very well, especially with multi-page documents. But there are still two problems: When I archive my performance notifications in the mailbox, they have disappeared - where did they go? I can't find them anywhere. And it lacks a button to log out!

Very nice, clear and intuitive app. Better than the old one. Suggestion for improvement: Previously, the amount of the BRE was displayed in the app. That would also be very helpful here, so that you don't have to request this very important information by mail.

I wasn't there and my daughter submitted. I can't see that on my phone. Later, she bought a new cell phone and everything was gone.
