Deleting the app due to order stacking. My food arrived stone cold because they sent the driver to another place *after* picking up my order and delivered to the other person *before* me, then all Deliveroo offered was a measly £6 refund on a £25 order. People already pay a premium to use this app and Deliveroo expect us to pay even more of "premium" (really what should just be normal) delivery. Greedy.

Deliveroo doesn't take it's responsibility. Because of the app, our meal came 3 hour late despite it being ready at the restaurant all that time. The delivery guy explained to us that the command showed on the app only 15 minutes before he arrived. It was too late to order something new, and the meal came cold. Deliveroo never acknowledged its responsibility nor apologized properly. After 3 calls with the customer service and giving proof, they finally apologized and refunded.. 10% ! Shame.
