Terrible customer service. Riley, was accusatory, dismissive, and just plain rude. Probably has to do with the training she received. No longer will be using this service. Response: I did the things you suggested and It didn't work. I said I don't know what to do. Then customer service said "You say that you do not know what to do. I literally gave you instructions on how to resolve it, did you just not read or what are you having issue understanding"

Useful app for tracking your portfolio when it works and has a really good looking UI but lately this past month it's been down several times and has stopped working for extended periods of time. The first few times I'd understand, but this is getting ridiculous and it's been irritating. This is unacceptable for something I'm paying $80+ a year to use. There are similar apps that offer similar services that offer the same features that haven't gone out of service nor cost as much as Delta.

I am an expat who is working in Vietnam, but it doesn't allow me to get directed to account creation. We can use the app and add portfolios but can't create an account, which means we can't save and sync with PC. I honestly like the app but definitely need to allow foreign IP users to make an account if you let users able to download your app at the app store. Additionally, please add asian stocks such as South Korea and Vietnam. Your competitor 'stock event' at least supports Korean stock.

Clunky on an iPad
Not really well optimized for the iPad experience. Some screens force you into portrait mode; some screens use widgets (like date pickers) that make no sense when you've got your Magic Keyboard attached, etc. Also, it seems you don't get even a basic timeseries graph for a manually-tracked portfolio unless you upgrade to "pro". That seems like pretty basic functionality to put behind the subscription.

Good app but awful support for emerging blockhains
I've used this app for years and it was fine while there were just a few EVM chains available, but lately the lack of support for newly emerging chains (or lack thereof) has been extremely frustrating. Eg., Blast chain which launched in March and has almost a million users worldwide is still not implemented, although it is a simple EVM chain which can be added to the app in a few hours, is still not available. So I can't track any of the tokens I buy on there. Same happens with every other new EVM chain launched. Slowly losing faith in this app and looking for alternatives if they can't keep up with the times/trends

Too much locked behind paywall
Simple things like cost basis is unavailable. I'll probably just switch apps. I've been using it for 2 years, but my subscription lapsed. I was surprised how much only showed, because I had pro. $59/yr was already too high for is offered. It is now $99/yr and that is out of the question.
