NO WAY OF GETTING REFUNDS OR HELP
obviously been scammed by two people as i've received no product after weeks of waiting try and open a dispute but it takes me round in circles not worth the hassle would rather spend more money on items coming from a shop or online drop and when you do finally get to send a dispute they claim it takes 24 hours to respond but never actually do

Depop in Switzerland, the TWINT problem
Honestly my friends and clients are slowly leaving depop because they want to pay with twint, not paypal. I think depop would make at least 5x more money if they included it in the app for all swiss sellers. It's long overdue. When I open depop I can't really access it I just read depop on my screen. I can use it on my laptop only which is not ideal and I don't know why. Please work on these two points 🙏🏻

Very disappointed in customer service
Major issues contacting customer service- it's all bots- if you have issues with the app you're just gonna have to deal with it. Lost money over it

I have to give YOU my social security number to get MY money?? You won't give me my money until I verify with MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. This is ridiculous. Deleting this app and never using it to sell ever again.

A scammer used my information and created an account with my email and name and sold an item today. I have never used this site or even heard of it before and found out because I got an email about the sold item. I've gotten into the account, changed the password, contacted the buyer and reported the scammer. I requested to delete the account and refund the buyer's balance hours ago and I have still not heard anything.

I couldn't even test the app, as soon as I enter it asks me to register, but when I go to do it with Google I get something as if I wanted to register with Facebook, but no, there wasn't even something about Facebook, I tried it with email and you can't either, it always comes out that there is an error, then I went to register on the computer and in the username and password, No matter what I put in, it won't let me sign up, I tried everything, but it won't let me, I looked at the Help Center and I didn't get any help
