Rubbish
Absolutely rubbish. Obstructive, intrusive & clearly a tracker. Extremely obnoxious for venues & artists to use this service. Won't get confirmed ticket until 2 hours before show…. What happens in urban / crowded service black hole? Rubbish.

You don't know if you've bought tickets because there's no charge on your account. You buy the same ones again and in the end it turns out that you bought twice as much. You complain and there is no solution. In the end you have double the number of tickets but you don't have any because there are no charges and the tickets are sent to you two hours before the event.

I had a very good experience purchasing Band of Heathens tickets on the app, they gave me the out the door price up front, and all I had to do was enter my email, phone number, and credit card info. Nobody tried to sell me ticket protection or parking upgrades. The only reason I do not give a 5 star rating is the app keeps showing me events in London when I live in Chicago. I input my address and it's still showing London. How do I find events near me???

Deplorable. It is impossible to register since the field asking for the 4 digits of the code only accepts 1 or 2 digits and then stops. And we only have 23 seconds to receive the email containing this code and try to enter it in this buggy field. I tried 6 times, so 6 different codes, without success. Thank you DICE for this experience of unnecessary stress. I didn't know and just wanted to have the ticket purchased on their website on mobile. 10 minutes later, ticket refunded, app uninstalled.

I bought a ticket for the Cris MJ showcase. I was rejected with my friends because of discrimination. DICE refuses to refund me knowing that they know that my QR code was never scanned, they have all the means if they are a serious application. I am very disappointed, I do not recommend this app. Clearly their business model of scamming people this way.
