Came back to play this game after a while. Reinstalled it after a solid year or so. Aaand some of the experiences seem off. Eg. Bricks and Bites Store had S'mores Ice Cream Pie but no image - this has never happened before. The storyline the game followed and the sequence it had does not seem to be the same. Feels like I'm jumping between different restaurants: good way to explore them but not sure how it ties to the story or the characters anymore.

I can't recover my account. I haven't received any response from customer service and I've sent thousands of emails and tickets through the app chat. Do Glu still work on this game or I should just give up??

I put a star until you change the wheel!
When you spin the wheel, it's not to have cupcakes and provisions! You programmed it like this, so I don't see any point in running it at all. I've been playing this game for 4 years without deleting the app but now it's too much I'm really fed up with this robot. Either you rectify it or I really think I delete my account.

This is kinda slow. I have to tap more than once for anything to happen. Not sure what the issue is but I just downloaded it. Only on level 8 so no thanks.

Double paying to permanently unlock
I love this game but something I do not like is when you permanently unlock a a place you have to use 10 gems again to play it in Vera's vault after you already used 10 gems to open up and have been playing it.

I used to love this game. I am now unable to play the game. The game loads. Then, everything I need to play the game is "downloading." I have cleared cache and data, signed back to my account several times. It is the same results.

I would love to give this 5 stars but since the latest update it won't let me get into the new venue. It takes me to the part where it shows you what's available, freezes then stops completely. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, still not working.

I love you his game , the only problem I see is the spin the wheel. I keep track how much coin ratio to wins. The percentage don't add up. I have spent close to half a million and have only received fast flo boost once. I mostly get truck bucks,extra play time. Disappointed.
