The app needs more accuracy in delivery. When delivery is on its way it states is been delivered. Your pizaas are great..but not so much ine technology. Need more work.

Changed my password because it had been a minute since my last sign in. Followed the instructions to the T, was told my password was updated successfully. Back to the app, password incorrect. I double check for typos, none made. Try again, password incorrect. Reset password again. Followed instructions. Password reset successful, back to the app, password incorrect. Check for typos, none made. Try again, password incorrect and account is now locked. Asinine

I hate this app. I hate their website. Future ordering does not work unless you order the same day. I've brought this to the attention of many managers in both my local store and corporate but they insist, it works. The images I have say otherwise.

App is full of nothing but lag lately. I used to place my order and it showed me who took it, how the order is going and when it's leaving the store and when it will show up at my door. Now, it just shows me that I placed the order and it just sits and sits. Nothing happens on the app. But they show up at my door even though it shows that nothing has even started happening with the order yet. Your app was better than the other two major chains up until recently. Now, it's no better. Fix it.

App works until I try to make payment, payment will never go through, says an error occurred. Then I end up having to call the store to place an order. This has been going on for months now and is super inconvenient. Will rate higher when I can actually use the app!!! Please fix!!!

Honestly love dominos. Their prices are great and pizzas too. This rating is for the app. I ordered two separate pizzas using the 6.99 coupon. Went back took off the garlic crust on one. Placed the order, then when I picked it up, it gave me two of the same pizzas. I live maybe 2 minutes from the store and when I called not 5 min after picking it up and calling them they said they can't take it back and fix the pizza order. The app ruined my night. I was going to eat some delicious Domino's.

Super easy to use. You can make all the special requests you want from light to extra and well done or normal bake. Some times you want to order a special way but the app makes it impossible. Not Dominos. Happy to order here anytime and usually do once a week or two.
