I give it a star because Dott, together with Lime, had committed to an annual agreement with ATAC in order to provide its service free of charge to all annual subscribers of Metrebus. After realizing that the agreement was not convenient, to date, they have made it impossible to fill out to access the promotion. This step backwards implies a lack of seriousness that will lead me to no longer use their products in favor of the competition. Greetings

The application works very poorly, it does not load or takes 10 minutes to load, you need to repeatedly reload it, open it again

2 rentals, 2 times full battery at the time of departure and 10 minutes later the bike turns off no battery

Decent vehicles (sometimes). Once you arrive at your destination, you are asked to park the scooter 1km further away cancelling any interest in this service (if you don't have a pass, you will be charged for the trip there). Why pay if I have to walk the same distance in any case. Walk, in the end it's faster, and it's free

I deposited 30 zlotys into my account so I could go to work for 2 weekends, and then it turned out that all the scooters had disappeared from the city, why weren't they notified about this in advance? Anyway, guys, minus 30 PLN, this is a stupid setup Dott scooters have become Tier, but nevertheless, I won't be able to use the money that I put in because these scooters require different applications and that's sad I'll add: I wrote an email when my problem is solved I will change the stars

I took advantage of the agreements made between Dott and ATAC as those who have an annual metro pass were entitled to free use of scooters. I was initially notified of a parking lot that reflected all Dott directives and after another two months I was reported, with subsequent deactivation of the account, another parking lot where a Dott employee loads and unloads scooters in the same spot where I had parked the scooter.
