MY ACCOUNT GOT SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON AND NOT GETTING SUPPORT

I USED DRAFT KINGS FOR PRETTY LONG TIME WAS FUN THEN ALL OF IT SADDEN THEY RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT WAS LIKE 1 YEAR AGO AND STILL BLOCKED I CONTACT CUSTOMERS SERVICE THEY REQUEST BANK STATEMENTS AND PROOF OF ADRESS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS AND I PROVIDED IT TO THEM BUT SEEMS LIKE IS JUST A GLITCH THEY JUST SEND ME THE SAME EMAIL EVERY TIME. BEING GOING BACK AND FORTH. CANT GET IT BACK. AND I HAD BIG MONEY IN THE ACCOUNT I JUST LOST. ( DONT RECOMMEND DRAFT KINGS AT ALL)

Scam

I placed a moneyline bet for hockey and when I won they claimed I lost. Dont give your money to this scam, they can apparantly steal with no repercussions. Should be shut down as a scam business.

Doesn’t have integrity

I bet $500 on a -1.5 spread for a baseball game and wanted to take their cash out option in the 8th inning while my bet was in the green. Long story short, the cash out button allowed me to confirm my decision and then said an error had occurred. I figured, no problem I'll just refresh the app and let the spreads reset and then I'll cash out for the updated amount…. Well the app still gave me the option to cash out but continued to give me an error after refreshing. I gave up, and an inning later my bet lost due to a good bottom of the 9th run. They offer a button on your app and then catfish people into keeping the bet open due to “errors”. I wish you'd operate with a bit more integrity and do the right thing. I can guarantee you have record in your system that I tried numerous times to close the bet while I was ahead.

Terrible Service

They are holding my account and funds hostage for an issue that wasn't even my fault due to bank error. I deposited more funds in good faith as they requested, but my account remains locked and my funds still unavailable. All messages I receive from ‘customer service' is that they are working on and submitting my request for review. (Multiple times) Then all communications stopped. Terrible service and zero expectations set.

2 step verification doesn’t work

It's been over 7 weeks and no help. 2 step verification works on all my apps except draft kings. They either can't fix it or don't care either way no response

How can I fix the bug because it's not allowing me to upload a new profile photo on the Apple Store app. Do I use a computer?

Would be extremely cautious

I had my account hacked or it messed up and I had money come out of my account that I did not authorize and it looked like it was doubling the charge with each transaction I've had to contact my bank and open a whole new account due to this app and so far they refuse to help with any of it so just be very careful because it was over 5500 and this app is beyond isn't safe and it seems like the betting apps lately have been either messing with peoples account or making it very easy for people to have access to it to take every last penny with that being said I've used this app for well over 6 months and I've won and lost on the app but I've never had anything like this happen before I played this betting app so be extremely careful bc I will never play golden nugget or daft kings ever again

Review

Generally I see draft kings as a viable business. I enjoy casual betting on Sports book, MLB & NFL. Compared to other apps it is difficult to use, I would suggest, more videos on how to take advantage of guarantees etc. I've had difficulty with that opportunity. Customer service and response is very good.In the two issues that I have had, customer service responded excellently. Henry Issue with token application of early win MLB on 5/9/24.
