I really like the app, but the only problem is that you can't transfer your account to another device, if something happens and you need to use another device, you lose everything you've already invested.

There are good books, but the tokens I constantly buy are decreasing even though I don't use them, and when I write this back, no one helps, if I experience something like this again, I will delete the application, I would be glad if you could help with these issues

Book are incomplete. VERY EXPENSIVE! I've been reading a book and half way through it was not updated. So far it has cost me at least 80.00 to read this. Go to Barnes and noble. It's way cheaper!!

I don't recommend it, if you want to waste your time and money download it, this application tells you that it is free but in reality it hooks you first in the story and then you have to pay almost for each paragraph, if only someone were to put a reeña like mine would not even download the application it is a TOTAL SCAM ....

The books are very expensive to read. They end up costing way more than books I could buy on Amazon.

The update is leaning more into spending your physical money to enjoy the app. It's starting to become commercialized unlike when the first 1-2years of having it. The check-in coins and the points suddenly had an expiration too fast when one can no longer save up for a new chapter let alone save it to get more coins. The start of last month, I had 400-ish points that is now down to 45 w/o use. Chapters were too expensive too. The tag line: "reading completes me" is not very attainable already.

Why the hell was this Auto Downloading without my knowledge? "Hello Anton, please kindly contact us via 'feedback' in the app, we will help you within 1 hour" - Dreame Media No need, I already stopped the download as soon as I found out. I don't even know this app nor ever remember downloading or using it. My only issue is that it tried to download itself unto my gadget without permission.

Huge fraud! You spend coins on stories, only to find out that they had to be removed from the app. You struggle with support forever, only to hear that there's nothing you can do. Hello!? How about money back? And even if it is only in the form of coins. -I actually got my coins credited. But it shouldn't happen that stories are just gone. And if you do, you write everything up again and don't hope that it won't be noticed.
