Always have trouble with the pay screen. Won't let me use PayPal. Removes discount prior to using credit card. Very frustrating app to use.

This app is mostly cool and convenient. But sometimes a weak Internet connection, can make it difficult to navigate. Otherwise I'll have give it a five. ✨ Y.

Frustrated
I was at DSW and bought a pair of Nike for daughter last week. She loved fit and 2 different colors. The one was not available at location in her size, but I saw they were on sale on the app. I decided to buy today because of sale- and Chillout cooler promotion. I tried 3x to make purchase and it would not process and told me to call DSW- so I called- it said the wait time was 45 minutes. 😞 I didn't want the shoes to sell out on line, so I went back to my order and wondered if the Chillout promo was glitching and removed it. I was able to buy the shoes, but I didn't get the promo piece.

The app has a bug or something. It was hard to do a transaction. It kept saying "Try Again" and I had to do it a little more than 5 times.

App Not Working
I don't know what is wrong with this app, I'm trying to place an order and it's saying unable to process order. It saying I have to contact customer service. Why do I need to do that, this is the second time this has happened. This is starting to become very frustrating. Please fix this app like ASAP.

Because I really wanted to get the shoes with afterpay but was declined for unexplained reasons,I had to pay straight up for the shoes I am in love with the shoe.Thank but not thank u. Lol

Uninstalling this useless app! I tried using a coupon for 3 pairs of shoes that I was purchasing... To my surprise, the manager told me: "Once you redeem a coupon, it takes 24 hrs to appear on your account." Why??? I needed the coupon now! But of course, they want to make you come back again and again to buy more shoes. There is no such thing as savings any money with this app. Thanks for nothing!
