app has been glitching and freezing a lot. also keeps signing me out my account.

The app performance is great, but the company is becoming increasingly predatory. Prices have risen nearly 30% on every item, and now the rewards system minimizes your discount. For example, I had enough points for either a wake up wrap or coffee. A coffee is nearly $4, while a wake up wrap is $2.89. Instead of redeeming my points for the coffee, it auto deducted points for the wrap, and would not let me undo the redemption. Seriously considering other options for my morning commute.

There should be an estimate on wait times, and there should be an option to tip. Otherwise it's a good app.

Mediocre app. The rewards are rubbish and take too many points to convert into anything useful, unlike Starbucks, Wendy's and Chick-fil-a who make it possible to earn significant rewards without a daily trip or having to spend a fortune to earn anything. I will say it's a straightforward to use app and makes payment easier and faster but honestly that's all it's good for ... overall a very disappointing app and rewards program. Having grown up on Dunkin it's a shame to see them do so poorly.

I put 3 stars because i love the app but suddenly it refuses to open. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. I got it to work once by opening it from the website but now even that wont work. Its upsetting because i use it almost daily.

fav Location has a nice Mgr... but a VERY Rude and disrespectful employee NAMED REAGAN. 5/9/24. 3:15 PM. I asked to please scan my app to get the points ...she said "I DONT KNOW HOW: I asked for the Mgr. she said SHES NOT HERE. Asked for another employee to scan it...she said NO ONE HEREKNOWS HOW. IT'S YOUR APP FIGURE IT OUT! I asked BEFORE I PAID. As soon as I paid she mockingly said, too bad, toolate you already paid. I said I ASKED U FOR HELP BEFORE I PAID...she laughed then slammed window!

A LOT of menu items aren't available to order through the app, and my order is never ready when I get there (despite the "why wait, order ahead" advertising). Skip the app and just order at the store - just as fast and you can get the donuts you want.
