Dutch Bros we have a slight issue
The love going to your establishment to get drinks, but there's two issues with how you have things set up number one your drinks cost way too much. You should have more days where you do 50% off and stuff like that or buy one take or special daily drinks. Number two the way you guys make points it's way too high a number for normal people to get to like I buy your drinks like once a week and I can never make it to enough points to get a free one. It's kind of ridiculous and it's a reason why I kinda don't go there anymore, there's no incentive except to buy expensive high calorie drinks. I love you guys, but you guys really have to change those two things. Have a good day. Thank you for reading my comment.

ive never been to durch broa and it looks reslly good so i tried to check thr prices online but couldnt so then i got the app but i cant chexk prices here ether pls help

App will delete all your points
Great coffee, horrible app. Worked great for months, one day my account was deleted along with all of my points. When trying to make a new account, I've received the same error code repeatedly with no way to solve it.

Frustrated with the app not opening. Have tried deleting and re-adding. Turned phone off and back on. No update available. Please address issue.

The app was great at first but I upgraded my phone and now it won't let me log in. Any time I put in the verification code it just kicks me out again.

App worked twice and now gives me a “Lost Connection” and won't update my points or let me log in. tried connecting on wifi and cellular data

Love DB, but
Dutch Bros is wonderful, 100%, and the app works as designed. My one and only gripe is that even small local coffee shops seem to have mobile ordering, and DB has not added this yet. The employees take your order with an iPad, so there has to be a framework for mobile ordering. It's just super frustrating to not know if I can even get my coffee on a work break until I'm there and can see what the line is like.
