Apps terrible each time i have to pay a bill i need to update which takes minutes longer

Doesn’t even open
I used this app all the time as it was good however, for months now the app won't open. All I get is the EE logo and that's it. I've made sure my app is up to date so no idea what's going on with it. Very disappointed with EE and this app as I changed my contract for a cheaper version and the price has remained high and I can't view the app to see why. Conveniently for them, this has happened since cancelling my itemised monthly bills too. I've been with EE ever since they took over from Orange but maybe it's time for a change. Very disappointed with the app and the service.

Your network is unbelievably bad. I've had the 5G for over 2 years and I've never had four fullnetqork bars on my phone. I live in London and I've moved around the UK and it's bad everywhere. Horrible, bloody expensive network. The only thing you're good at is increasing prices every year with Zero measurable improvements to network quality

The app might be good but your customer services is poor, emails, letters and speaking to an agent, still no answer to my bill being higher than usual even your agent agrees. But no refund.

Just joined EE and downloaded the App. It dosent work very well, keeps crashing or asking me to re-login. Compared with the Vodafone app very poor. App now updated and much better 4 stars now.
