The restaurant scores are total fake . Is the 3d time i order and it came 100 min after i order (different restaurant) while in the app restaurant score was 4.8 stars with 98% in time delivery. I call to efood customer support and nobody answered. I never using e food again done.

I ordered today at 21:10 from a well-known waffle chain, efood called me at 21:52 to inform me that the store is very busy and cannot serve me. To my question "Now did you remember it? After forty minutes?" The answer was what to do now? Order from someone else

May 8, 2024 I decided to place an order from the market, after they sent me a voucher of ten euros for the third time. I took two packages of 1+1 shower gels and after paying I received a message afterwards that one does not exist and I was credited an amount of 0.70€ when 1+1 made 5.35€. Tragic trick to bring me down. So the whole company had only one package? And why didn't they call me to cancel or put something similar? Unacceptable

I do not evaluate the application because it is completely indifferent to me, but to the company efood, itself. So I put them 1 star (garbage category), because for some time now it has started and it charges us EXTRA money for the transportation service. So let me tell efood that we didn't ask them to create a company to bring us the products home. They did it themselves and grew without charging us anything extra. I, I delete them. Never again.

Don't order anyone from this platform. They remove negative reviews and have the same shops with two or three different brands and sell the same garbage, without the platform protecting you in any way. Essentially, the platform is complicit in the scam that spine shops do. For example, for Thessaloniki, the burger bar, The Mels burger, Kelly's burger, jeans burgers the same garbage shop is. FRAUD

The order they accepted was canceled, no one informed me... And after 10 minutes of waiting they told me that we are receiving thousands of orders and we cannot update... Search now 1:00 in the morning to find food because they have thousands of orders...
