Horrible- don't subscribe. There isn't many options of matches and if you don't like the app and you subscribe, they won't let you cancel. You are then stuck paying for a service that doesn't work. They are a bunch of thieves.

This is a Trap! Do not sign up for this service.
You will not be able to see any matches until you pay. Once you pay, you're trapped for the duration you sign up for, you CANNOT cancel anytime. They will continue charging you for 1 or 2 years. Do not be fooled and pick the cheaper option, there is no way out. There are precious few matches that show up in my area. Now I see why people don't sign up. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone!

Supposedly the best...I think not...price gouging at it's finest. If you're going to hide ALL FEATURES, including basic communication with matches behind a paywall you are just using desperate people hoping to find love to pad your bottom line. Atrocious. Horrible app. The ONLY dating app that does not gouge it's members or hide communication, matches, and pictures behind a paywall is Facebook dating. Screw this garbage app... Go do FB dating.

Scam and horrible customer service. He free version is utterly useless so youre forced to pay. However, it's not a monthly subscription like every other app out there. You can't just cancel after a month or two... they will continue to charge you for the remainder of the months. This model is ridiculous in 2024. In addition, the horrible ui means you can't change from miles to kms. Its basically a ghost town also... I got zero matches after a few months. Massive waste of money. Beware.

DO NOT PAY
Worst dating app ever to be honest. Free version doesn't let you really trial the app (can't see anyone's photos or send more than one message to matches) but then when you pay, the usability is abysmal compared to Tinder, Hinge or Bumble (all of which have better free versions anyway). Can't adjust distance, stuck on 50km no matter what but then shows profiles that are 200km away??? They advertise a 3 day refund policy but then when I emailed them the very same night I paid to cancel & request refund, they've replied to say they've only cancelled the renewal but will still bill me the entire amount. It's basically a scam.

This has to be the most out dated garbage I’ve ever used.
Seriously the fake match emails with the blurry pictures, the ridiculous number of profiles without a picture or one blurry one at that. Why can't we search by body type? Why can't we filter by who's closer or highest compatibility? What is this compatibility number just random? If there was any chance I could get a refund I'd try but this might as well be a scam preying on lonely hearts.

Waste of money
If you live in a rural area, this will be the biggest waste of money you'll ever make. Hundreds of dollars, for a minimum membership of 6 months, with less than 10 people to even consider for a match. Takes forever to set up, with a bogus personality test. Half the profiles don't even have pictures. There hasn't been anyone within 100 miles for me to consider, since the first day with the app/membership. Frankly, I want my money back. Don't make the same mistake. lol

Often new messages don't appear, until switching back to the list of messages and then reopening the message. Or if I send a message, then the message(s) that the other person sent appear all at once. Plus if when I have something written in the text space and go back to the home screen or to another app before sending it, and then back to the eharmony app, it shows a false message that there's no internet connection. Then have to close the app and reopen it.

Didn't realize I had to pay to see someone's profile picture??? Are you kidding me??? You can send ONE message, and then can't even see the reply! Absolutely not worth it.
