Can’t Cancel Recurring Charges
I sold my EV a year ago and I'm still getting charged the monthly fee. No way to contact the company through the app. Buy a Tesla and save the hassle of dealing with these shady companies.

Crashes
This app crashes and freezes more than any other app on my iPhone… It also gets stuck and makes Apple CarPlay freeze on the same screen as well. Poorly designed app please update before I switch to another charging network.

What a useless app for finding chargers
I put in a zip code and was told there were no chargers in that zip code. Ok but how about within 10, 20, 30, or 40 miles of that zip code? How can one possibly know the zip code of every town along the way plus the zip codes of towns that might be nearby and have chargers? Add to that a painful lack of level 3 chargers and giving up my Tesla becomes a really scary proposition

Ford plug & charge ignores EA membership discount. So few working chargers available, must keep ICE for trips. EV trucks cannot pull through with trailers. Need full facilities at every location, relying on local businesses does not work, especially at night. Cannot recommend buying any EV at this time. Manufacturers need to step up and build proper charging stations. Converting or adding chargers to gas stations might be a start.

App needs some sort of reservation system or at least a queue manager. Every time I tried to use the charger by my home it says spaces empty but by the time I get there it's full and there is a line. Tonight I was verbally abused and threatened by someone who claimed he was next in line and took the next empty spot. Not worth getting into a physical fight for this.

This is a pretty good and easy to use app. It needs to do a better job at updating the charge level as well as doing a better job getting me to the charging station.
