Prices usually beat Lyft & Uber BUT theres time you will request around and as you monitor where the driver is going you will see the app is taking them to a different direction away from your pick-up location! When you call he/she might tell you that you changed the address when you really didnt..

The app is friendly you get your money when you need it the only drawback I'm having is paying my subscription you have to wait forever for them to take it out I don't know why they don't take it out when they take for the payments right now I've been waiting over a week for them to take it out and that is unacceptable for me and that's why I'm giving them four stars.

Worked great at first now will not connect to my account to make my payment. Customer service are clearly bots. They keep responding to me with the same thing over and over. Saying I had insufficient funds in my account. The funny thing is their app shows the amount in my account and it clearly shows balance is more than sufficient. Seek out other apps!! Atleast one with better customer service to help when there are issues.

Delivers a solid $250 credit line in times of need. The payment dates they set are a little unreasonable. Always 1-3 days BEFORE payday. Why can't they just set it for the 1st of the month? Searched for 10 minutes for a way to contact them about this, and the Call Empower button doesn't work. It just brings up a blank phone keypad.
