Update: I was able to get back from them via phone. Will update the review once I get a refund. Never book with this company. They are a scam. The hotel couldn't find my booking information and we wasted $1000 on eSky. We were not able check in, and there is no way to contact the support. The 24/7 customer service is a bot, and you are asked to key in your credit card information to connect to a real person. A terrible company - they ruined my vacation. Avoid at all costs!!!!

It's a bunch I paid 50€ for the ticket and when it was supposed to come to check in and print the ticket none of it nice at the airport I had to buy a second ticket for 60€ Dusty bunch nothing more download this app or have anything together with the whole esky how much dirt there is...

It is not possible to pin a reservation in your account: reservation - a ticket purchased by another person. :/ You have to check everything via e-mail

I have booked a flight with returning, on the going flight it came a verification mail i put some information and came another one but i cant open the mirror window,and also it didnt came Boarding PASS So i paid 55€ to airport, what happens now with that money?? They will do and for returning the same? And i paid also for online check in. And from same site eSky i rent a car also with full protection and they send me a email without name of company and i need it 1hour at airport to search them

The worst thing I've ever tried is for the ticket to be sold at a lower price, but that doesn't guarantee your seat on the plane, and you have to pay a sum of €160 to guarantee your trip, unfortunately, with confidence.
