Great for events but so glitchy!
Eventbrite is great but it can be so glitchy at times! For such a big platform you'd think they'd have the bugs worked out.

Slow app.. somehow, they don't seem to know any events around your location. Even with the GPS being on.

I really don't like the fact that we are forced to create an account when buying a ticket. I was using a professional email for an event so I can't access my ticket on my phone (no ticket in the email, and when I try to access them it open the app with my personnal email ... which doesn't have the tickets either)

There are always problems with booking tickets. servers, connections, waiting... If you book them, they don't appear in the list and you have to go crazy to find them again. Is it really that hard to make a proper app in 2024?

Doesn’t work endless login loop and no ticket
Just bought a ticket, got email confirmation, downloaded the app and I'm just in an endless loop asking to login. Select login with apple, then straight back to asking me to login. Pointless app, just email my ticket and ditch the complication

Bad experience…
I had a very bad experience with app, it is not able to handle multiple request for tickets when it is a very popular event. It kept saying unavailable when purchasing tickets for an event, then after 5 minutes it said event sold out.
