I did a test before installing the app. This test was supposed to "evaluate" my level. My level is [phone]. I paid for the subscription on the assumption that I would find exercises at my level, but all this app offers are exercises for children. It's impossible to access higher levels. MISLEADING ADVERTISING.

If you are going to buy the Premium plan, first log in with your Google account first, because once you have purchased and logged in with an account, you will lose the Premium account. It's an error of the app accepting payment without being signed in to an account. I discovered this because I wanted to use the app on my computer.

I made my first payment, but the app doesn't let me go to reading books, it just forces me to subscribe every time. I paid for the first 3 months and I don't know yet if I want to subscribe to it.

Everything was going great until I changed my cell phone. When I link with my Gmail account in which I paid for a subscription now on the new device I do not see the permissions and it asks me to subscribe again, and there is no way they will solve this problem, I ask for my money back.

I paid for the subscription but the app remains stuck on the free version, I have written several times to support but I have not received any response, I am very sorry because I like the app a lot but so I spent money for nothing.
