Empty Cart
Having to take more than one drug. Placed prescriptions in cart go to checkout and cart is empty. Having to buy each prescription one at a time... please fix. Update: May 2,2024 Can not login in on the app anymore. System error.

Approved one payment for about $80, ended up with multiple smaller charges. Then somehow ended up owing $22.70. Should have only been charged once and have a $0 balance.🖕🏿

Trulicity prescription
I am going on 3 weeks without my medication with no Trulicity. It was called by my doctor with no action. Does your company do this with all your customers.First come first serve?? This is what was told to me!! A failure to repair in Arizona. I need my medication on time and not a month late. This medication has been placed automatically on my list and someone Ty's,es it off. What's going on??

Application is cluttered and cumbersome to use. The last upgrade was a big improvement, but still has a long learning curve. Logging in can be frustrating at times. note: Will not work with Norton password manager. Must work with existing software and hardware without Google data collection.

At best this app is confusing - never know where you're going to go or what you will get when you tap a button, and information summaries are unclear and incomplete.

Express Scripts Automated Processes
Constantly “updating” the system is very frustrating. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to “re”place the same prescriptions on auto refill for example. Uninformed status changes have led to unnecessary effort to make corrections and redoing previous data input. Very frustrating. Cannot imagine how difficult it must be for computer challenged individuals.
