I'm in Russia at the moment and each connection takes 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes nothing works at all. The support is very friendly but absolutely not helpful. Except for "we're sorry" and "our engineers are already working on it." nothing comes. The worst thing is, I had explained exactly what I wanted to do with it when I bought it. Connection with Switzerland, stay in Russia and CIS countries. I was lied to hard, the main thing was that the contract was sold. Super performance

Travel to China for 2 weeks, the VPN never worked So I got another VPN that worked for it

Need to use OPENVPN-TCP but it's not working on Email apps (Outlook & Blackberry Hub) then asked the solution n support said to bypass the email app via split instead of using the app over OpenVPN-TCP.

Bad, I only used it occasionally due to the amount of ads, also when it comes to renewal beware it doesn't check what you want and if you have PayPal it will use that and if you change your mind it takes them up to 10 days to refund you. Strange how they get your money immediately though. Unacceptable billing and unacceptable ad intrusion..
