Crashing
App keeps crashing on me as I am trying to sign in. I have been a member of Exxon Rewards for 6-8 years now. This is ridiculous I always have trouble and have been having a horrible experience the past 2-3 months. Why am I not able to sign in? all i get is the app crashing and logging me out.

Receipt
The app doesn't work very well it needs to be updated no receipt in app or sent to email. Also can't add people to my circle or refer them. Where are my receipts

Phone number requirement is excessive
I've used this app for years now to pay for gas, then pump. Now (since Nov 2023) the app logged me out and to sign in again i seem to be required to provide a phone number. Not going to happen. I don't need your messages. If this isn't fixed soon, I'll stop using Exxon and this app.

Seldom works
This app is fine when it works, which is not very often. Sometimes it selects a gas station 60 miles away with no option to override. It tries to override my payment option and won't relent. The biggest problem is that it is extremely difficult to login with an email. I can get in about 10% of the time. Don't use this app if you need to depend on it.

The Brooklyn mini Mart you can not use the app and when you pay at the pump you will not get a receipt so you have to go inside and the guys inside don't even talk to you

Rarely ever works
Have had the app for a while and consistently have problems. Only rarely does it actually allow you to pay. Most recently it said the main station I always use doesn't exist. I recommend using another station or another app bc this one is a joke
