Horrible support
I have had a very bad experience with costumer service, after I received my first delivery, I realized that I have allergy from some of the ingredients so I have decided to not order anymore but after a while I got charged for the second order which I am not interested in, I called the customer service to cancel the second box and to get my refund and they said they cannot refund me. How on earth I am paying for something that I didn't receive yet … after I have received the second box, I just gave it away and lost my money or nothing. Please think twice before you buy from them .

Meals were delivered on Tuesday, it is Wednesday and I cannot make an order for next week? That is really not fair. What is your schedule for the new orders. This was my 1st delivery. Also, What avenue do I have to ask questions?

The app is slow, and it is hard to contact support through it. I had to switch to the website on desktop for reliable support. I've had over 60 boxes delivered. Food itself is 4 stars. Distribution and refunds get 0 stars if possible. It felt like roughly 1 out every 4 boxes was delayed, had missing, or wrong meals. A few even had all three. For the first year of these, I was given improper refunds. They used of types of meals instead of meals missing. All in all, I would not recommend.

The food is amazing. really good. I've had some issues with missing items in the past, which happened several times. They addressed the issues and say they are ready now and up to scale so I'm giving them another shot!

I really really wanted this food to be good! I ordered my first week and was excited. The pictures look amazing!.... What I received wasn't. Unfortunately, each of the dinners was not as expected. Watery and tasteless. The shrimp and chicken thigh pieces were dry! In a wet mix! I reached out to them and they canceled my subscription, which I'm very thankful for. Try at your own risk. I just tried my 4th meal (orderd 8) and the rest are going bye bye.....

Nice and easy. So far no issues. Food is good and I'm visibly showing evidence of weight loss. Only complaint is that the $10 coupon I've earned can't be applies to anything. Error message states, "cannot be applied at this time" every time I've tried to use it. Aside from that, I do recommend this subscription service.

I want to give them 5 stars but you can't subscribe to breakfast meals and drink variety. The food is great some are ok but I only had one meal I just didn't like. Please be able to subscribe to breakfast varieties. Love the app

Pretty good food at higher prices. The absolutely worst one was the Romano shrimp cavatapi so far. So now I avoid the pastas. I guess it just depends on how much you want to spend per meal.
