Inconsistent and horrible app
The clothes are great but ordering or trying to do anything on the app is always an inconsistent nightmare. It says I'm logged in but when I view order details it says I'm not logged in. I had the order placed but didn't get an email confirmation. It quits on its own every single time I use for an extended amount of time. I've had the app quit and delete everything I had in my cart. Says I'm signed in but also I can't exceed my wishlist bc I'm not logged in. Please I beg make this app better

Where do I even start?
For them to be such a big company, they need a customer service line. Returning things back to this company is a HORROR. They don't even give you all you money back & they give you store credits… i hate this company with my all and they will not be getting a dime off of me ever again.

Worst app. Slow to load every single page. Will take hours just to put together an order, and don't even get me started on trying to check out. They probably lose about half their business to people not wanting to wait for and deal with the app. Love the store and prices but the app itself makes me crazy. 0/10 recommend wasting your time with this app. It'd be faster to go out, travel to a store and go through every item in the store than to pick out a shipping cart on this app.
