this is the worst banking and investments service that I have ever had to deal with for their most pregudest customer service in regards to the clients or ppl that are wanting to bank with them. I was told without being given a positive reason which is basic professional business ethics to give the client or clients reason to why they cannot or won't do business with I was just badly done after a month In a half of finally receiving my card for my account and denied services

this never works good. when I try to get on the app, on my phone, it sends me a code to my txt. when I leave the app to get the code, it starts all over. in other words you can't get to the stupid app if you are using the phone number of your phone as the security source. doesn't this make the app useless? really!

For all sake please correct
The mobile app is barely average, more like below average. The log out at 15 minutes is a joke. Why is it not 8 hours or never for that matter. The mini app never updates. Overall this tool is way below average.

Clunky and clumsy
Considering how wealthy Fidelity is you'd think they would create a useful app for trading. Also it's quite clear that trading on the app is routed through Fidelity's own trading desk. You have to compete with in house trades. It's unfair and anti-capitalist.
