I never review anything but this bank has me on the edge. If you're fortunate enough to read this before using them for ANYTHING, congratulations. Here's your warning. Every step of the way they have screwed me. Using them for car loan. Two different occasions charged me twice for a payment and didn't refund for a month. Locked me out of my account 6 times that I can remember. The worst situation they've put me in is that I'm buying my first house last month so I called to use the one time deferment and had it confirmed. Or so I thought. Just found out they have no record of it and sent me to collections. If you have the opportunity, run and don't look back. Would give zero stars if there was an option.

I have a credit card that is no longer active but can't be deleted from view. went to the bank and they said it doesn't show up and can't do anything about it. annoying as hell that you can't get anything updated between the app and bank

I like it but I don't like that when they take a annual fee it comes out of your credit card and not your checking account.

Deposit Availability Charge
This is crazy, I will be closing my account and going back to my old bank. You have nice people working in your branches and that is great, but your overall service and charges are out of line. Good luck

very slow to open. running on S24 ultra, the app takes nearly 5 minutes to open and display home screen

A $3.00 fee to do an immediate mobile check deposit is a little steep considering the economy. I needed the funds sooner than 3-4 days from now. I haven't been able to work for 10 months now, due to an emergency back surgery. A fee based on the amount of the check would make more sense, like any other check cashing or money app.
