Recent Update makes their out of home service useless.
For the price you pay you would expect to have superior service and quality as their competitors. Can no longer pause rewind or ff while streaming a show, no red bar to move to back up. Most of the shows I watch cannot be viewed out of your home, why bother using the app. The app used be better, not great, but better. Why can I not view all the channels I pay for? Why can I watch at home, but not out of home? Can't view channels I usually watch, can't rewind, if I pause the channel, I can't fast forward. Verizon, you can do better.

Fios anywhere
I don't understand why so many of the channels that I pay for are not available to view on Fios anywhere unless I am home? Makes no sense! SMH. The bottom line is that I am paying for all of these channels and I should be able to watch them on my TV and by streaming. Why does Verizon always want to rip people off Also, I have lots of connectivity issues

For a major player in the communications market Verizon has the worst overaul website . That's both on cell service and fios. Also your up charges for evert little coverage is ridiculous.

Streaming options are terrible. You have to be on your home to stream some channels. Even then, it asks me to subscribe to channels I've already subscribed to.

Ridiculously slow and unreliable
This app is pathetic. Its extremely slow in loading even with a full signal. The constant ads are long and even worse they repeat themselves. So ive sat through 4 mins of commercials only for it to restart at the last point i was at in a show constantly. Verizon has to do better than this. I love verizons service overall but this app is trash. Xfinitys app works like a breeze. Its quick, doesnt continously glitch, and i can actually enjoy a show in one sitting without 7 million commercials. Please fix this app . Its been like this forever

Will not work after 5/7/2024 update.
It worked fine yesterday morning, then after the update it will not open. It tries to load, then goes black and goes to the home page. The app is still open in the background, though. I have iPad version 9, iOS iPadOS 17.4.1.

Half Baked! Open Ticket
Can't manage DVR!! After numerous calls with Verizon tech support and troubleshooting router, cable box, phone, deleting & reinstalling App still UNABLE TO MANAGE DVR! Open ticket with Verizon regarding all this. Only ONE STAR for now. Stay tuned…………
