tell me why child tickets are so expensive it used to be £1.20 single child and now it's £2.00 same as adult and tell me why week flexi used to be £13 now it's £16 too expensive for a child some people can't even afford such an expensive ticket terrible app

It doesn't tell the actual time of when the bus is coming.e.g on this app if it's tell the bus will be on 7:00 but it will come on 7:20

Constantly says that there is a technical problem
I don't understand why almost every time I try to use it it says there's a technical problem. It is automatically updated on my device, so the app version is always the newest and I'm in the UK, so what's the issue?

Awful app! Extremely inconsistent, buses often do not arrive as the app says they will making it very difficult to reliably travel.

Would rate 0 star
Doesn't tell you if the bus is cancelled it just disappears when the time it was due passes so you can end up waiting for 2 hours for a bus that never comes which I have done on multiple occasions.

Your app is not allowing me to login whereas I can login to website with same credentials, why don't you sync your app with website database. What the hell is wrong with first bus app, no one even responds over email
