Not user friendly
I literally have to put my checking and routing number in every time. Soo annoying. Wish I could set up auto pay. This is the only bill I have to manually pay every money.

The best think of this bank
The online bill pay or the online site is the worst thing you will find except their next upgrade. Now the app is the best this bank has. I am sure they will find a way to mess this up too. Don't get me wrong. Their problem is obvious. They always release an update before adequately testing it.

Doesn’t work for my needs
I love everything about the app except that it won't let me deposit commission checks. Even when I requested that they up the max and they said they could, it didn't happen. I had to move my checking to another bank. This is the last account I have with y'all and we are in the process of moving it too since we can't deposit or withdraw as needed.

Intuitive and Essential
FC Mobile Banking app has been a work in progress and has improved over the years. The user can easily access accounts, make transfers, pay bills and people, deposit money, and transfer money to and from other banking institutions. It is sometimes difficult tracking down and changing transfer activity and it is a little cumbersome to make a quick change to a scheduled bill pay. That said, the app is slowly working the bugs out and getting better every day.
