I would like some help, I can't find the printable report... I only see the photo with the data. This is the HC-060 Multilaser scale.

Love the scale; absolutely horrible connectivity with Bluetooth.
The real benefit of this very capable scale is in the ability to connect - and stay connected - to Bluetooth long enough to register the readings. Scale reports Bluetooth not connected when the phone says it is. What a waste of a good scale when you can't get the data out of it.

Often the app will not connect to the scale. My entire reason for purchasing this scale was to automatically report my readings to my health apps and this app rarely if ever will share information with any of the apps it is supposed to share information with. Those listed are Samsung Health, Google Fit and Fitbit. It has connected with them two times in the first week of having it. I'm very disappointed.

It has always worked well, only for a few days no more data from weighing has been transmitted, because no connection is established when measuring. According to the app, however, the scale is generally connected. Uninstalling and reinstalling, anyway reconnecting the scale did not help.

App will not connect to scale
I have to re download the app EVERY TIME I want to use the scale in order for it to pair.

The data is transmitted on average only every 5th time, and then several data are missing. 2 times it has already transferred something, such as the one time that I weigh only 5 kg and the other time that I am 100% on the right side... there was no one on the scales!
