Love this app BUT
I've been using FIXD for years and I love it, but I canceled an in app subscription in October 2023 and they just tried to debit my account for $99 six months later when I don't have a subscription set up. Seems sketchy. My bank caught it but wanted people to know so dropped a star off my review for that.

I ordered the FIXD diagnostic tool and downloaded the FIXD AP a week ago. Only had it for a week and was charged the yearly subscription rate of $107 way too early. Was supposed to have a 30 day free trial??? Please cancel and return my money!

I ordered FIXD on there website and all of sudden a week after I received the product they tried to take out of my bank account 99.99 I did not approve of this at all, so if I was you I would think twice about ordering this product.

Tricked out of $99
Received email saying download free app. Next thing I know I have a $99 charge on my credit card bill. Company won't refund because I didn't notice their deception in time.

Nothing I can really add to the other complaints. I declined premium service and was charged a $99.99 yearly subscription fee anyway. The device works, so I simply don't understand why this company needs to resort to deciet to make money. I still haven't received a refund after repeated tries. Also, the company is noticeably absent from this review list. Wonder why.
