My experience with float me....has completely sucked. Float me has not helped me but they are quick to withdraw that $3.99 to $7.99 out of my account every month sometimes more than once a month. Stay away from this app. Especially if you live on a fixed income as I do and have to live hand to mouth, taken one day at a time. I have sent emails and I've called to get this cancelled but for some reason they think it's the right thing to do taking my money every month. Float me has helped me once.

Ok so far
Just started, low float to begin, and slow to transfer unless you are willing to pay $4 transaction fee. Mo. Sub is also required. All these things add up.

You pay a subscription just for them to tell you are not eligible to float. You try to get in contact with them it takes 72 hrs for them to respond. By that time you have no money left in your account, and then they tell you you're not eligible after waiting 3 days and paying for the monthly subscription. Do not use this app you will be wasting money and time.

You can have all the qualifications and still not get approved I recommend using Klover or Dave it's easier and simpler

Will not cancel and continues to charge
After I cancel my account several weeks ago I submitted a ticket because i was charged the membership fee. Then, today, I am being charged a second fee. This is a bad service.

So far my experience has been pretty good, wish the app would look more into raising your float more often but not bad the way it is. My only complaint is I get paid on Thursdays but my bank typically releases my checks Tuesday nights and the app starts trying to take the payment early Tuesday mornings. luckily my bank doesn't penalize me for declined purchases, however I'm sure it affects my borrowing that it's always declined first.
