Lag
Severe lagging issues. Usually fail to login as the lag would timeout. Can't use app as it's unreliable.

Signs out for no reason and CBF going thru everything like resetting passwords etc just to open it. Takes a year to get points to spend without the deals I'm obviously going to apply, like why aren't they auto applied if you gonna sign people out. Collecting cans for recycling money is worth more.

Can't log in on my samsung, the iphone app works however. This has been the case for the last month or so.

Two major issues at least when compared to Woolworths rewards app. 1. You still need to use the physical card to redeem the 10 dollar. 2. Cannot link the gift cards to the app. Especially if you don't know the exact balance when you shop, it will waste your time. Quite disappointing.

No Landscape Support - Redundant iPad Experience
App works fine but no option for landscape. Basically the app is unusable for iPads connected to keyboards. Highly recommend making this change as iPads are predominantly geared towards landscape use these days.

Kicked me off and won’t let me back in
Have had flybuys for over 20 years, still the original card, but the app is terrible for suddenly kicking me out of my account. Plus you can't see the early catalogue release like you can with Woolworths app- annoying and stupid they expect me to sign up for something else. Why would I want more Cole's nightmare accounts when the existing one operates so poorly. Upgrade the app so that it is actually functional and stop making people sign back in all the time. Bad enough the price gouging- surely you can invest those billion dollar profits into an app that works?!?
