Probably a tech fail, but maybe a bait and switch
I was interested in an advertised discount on the store shelf, which required scanning a QR code. This took me to their website where you have to create an account. I get to the register to check out, and you can't get the discount from the website, you need the app. Downloaded the app, and it won't take the credentials I just created on the website. They probably expect that you'll just pay the full price, since you're already in line. Nope. Just told the clerk to take it back.

Horrible app! Why not just put the store ad on the main page? And allow people to pick and choose the coupons they need to present at the store cashier (food 4 less). Maybe redo it and make it more user-friendly! I'll be removing this app.. Don't need this mess!

Way too complicated. In store digital coupons don't scan. I rest my password but it never accepts the new password. Did this 3 times. The app has locations I never been no matter how many time I manually enter my store location. Really poor quality app. I try this app everytime I come to the store but never got it working. I give up I tried everything. Even the store people can't work it

Useless
Ever since the new update I cannot log in. Can't clip coupons, have tried multiple times to log in on the app and always gives the same message that it's unable to log in at the moment. I never had any issues before the new update ugh

Bugs, glitches, a mess
Not sure why they force digital coupons if the app you are forced to get never works. They need to fix the app or allow for in store discounts without digital coupons.

Shelf tags say to scan, and have QR codes, but the app has no scanning features to be found. It is also a pain to have to hunt through the adds to find the digital coupons. No other app makes me do that. They are all intelligent enough to automatically apply the coupons I qualify for. This is the clunkiest shopping app I have used. Update response: The problem is not QR codes, it is the pain of hunting for items in the app to clip the coupons, rather than doing it simply or automatically.

Extremely frustrating and time wasting app. Only way to clip coupons is to log in, but very difficult to log on to account, keeps giving error. When finally able to log in, app logs you out while being used for no apparent reason. Very difficult to set local store, keeps reverting to far away neighborhood. Very difficult to access weekly ad print version, keeps asking for which store, when local store is set yet again, takes you to generic page, not the weekly ad.
