My ordered was showing as food cooking, when I chased up after an hour, the takeaway was just getting food order prepared. The app & takeaways don't work hand in hand. Disappointed.

Ineffective app
I've tried twice to order takeout using the Foodhub app. In both instances I ended up calling the restaurants an placing the orders. The orders placed thru Foodhub were not acknowledged by the restaurants so I wasted my time using Foodhub. Terrible service.

Restaurant closed permanent
I made an order for ct hotpot just to find out that the restaurant is closed for business , I reported this to food hub and told them they should take down the restaurant and I wanted a refund , the restaurant is still up on the site to order from even though closed down ,and I am still waiting for my refund

let’s you order from places that don’t deliver to your area
this app is great for us as many restaurants are only available for delivery through this app to our area but on multiple occasions we have placed orders for food the money has been taken from us and then we get a message saying that restaurant cannot deliver to us, so your left with no money and no food however this is the only issue i have found with this app and can be resolved by calling restaurants in to ask if they will deliver to you
