Inquiry: Are your delivery drivers trained for customer service? Incident: The delivery man gave an impatient tone when he doesnt have a change for my bill so I did the work for him. I understand when your delivery man doesn't have a change, but to set an irritated tone to a customer who is doing their job for them is a red flag. I am tempted to publicized his number here but decided not as a way of giving him and your management a chance to better your service.
