I cheated by seeing Fossil brand I brought new fossil smartwatch (FTW4068I) issue: while sleeping hand moment also counted as steps count. always it disconnected from app. i did not realised when tehy selling with 60% discount. 90% discount also worthless. battery drains tooooo fast. i was using Huawei smartwatch. it's much better then this watch. i never expected poor quality from fossil. don't say update software, its up-to-date. it's not capturing NAP. only night sleep it record.

Latest update created problems with notifications (again). Please fix as you did for last update - update next-to-last had the same issue.

Since the last update, the app regularly loses connection to the watch. This is extremely annoying. In general, I can only say that the watch is very good, but the app is a disaster to say the least. The developer has no idea about efficiency and user behavior. This is my first and last Fossil watch. No recommendation.

None of the statistics are available. The app is extremely slow, if it works at all, and also consumes an abnormally large amount of battery (around 20% during the day in the background). The weather widget doesn't work at all 90% of the time. Rarely seen such a bad fitness app, Fitbit was definitely better.

Why do I constantly have to "sync" my watch with this app? Why can't it run as a service in the background?

Useless. App does not connect to the watch. Clock goes back and gives Fossil a wide berth. The positive reviews are probably the employees themselves who were asked to do so.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my watch and get so many compliments on it. But the app seems to have a hard time staying connected to mu watch for more than a few days. I'm constantly having to remove it and re-sync it with my Bluetooth.

It won't allow me to pair the watch with my phone, will there be any updates you can make to be able to pair it?! Until I did this last update I had the problem, previously it linked well.
