Would give it five stars if it would consistently!
The app has potential but is highly irritating to use in store. app keeps closing shopping list and then it's almost impossible to open making the entire app Very frustrating and useless. You are better off writing a list on paper!

One of the worst apps I've tried. We used to like shopping at fredies, it's the app, not the store that is infuriating. With all of the negative reviews, I wonder how its possible the app is rated as it is. Updated today 5/5/24. Still terrible, all Freddie's employees admit it's app has many buggy problems. Today I used the digital coupon for avocados, when checking out the cashier didn't register the savings. I'm upping trips to our local Safeway , after today's experience.

FYI - Won’t Deliver Beer
I don't receive beer when it's included with my order, but I'm allowing substitutions. I contacted the delivery partner and they're not receiving it with my order, but it's marked as ‘out of stock' in my final receipt. This has happened a few times now, so I'm going to order through a competitor next time. Not sure if the shoppers have a moral objection or if it's a technical issue. Assuming it's the latter.

Horrible Service at Pharmacy
I went to Wasilla Fred Meyers to pick up my prescription and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I received an alert on my phone after two minutes that my prescription was ready. Unfortunately due to the excruciating back pain I was in, and I am in, I was unable to stand back in the line. I notified the drop off person to let them know that my prescription was ready, but I was in severe pain and had to sit in a chair. I was unable to return to the line, which had tripled in the amount of people. She said she would help me. I waited 15 minutes and they continued to take the people in the line, the line just continued to grow, sometimes it would get smaller, but then get big again. After 15 minutes I asked for help again but nobody provided any. After 20 minutes, I called the pharmacy phone and let them know that I had been sitting there waiting for my “ready” prescription. I let them know that I was sitting there in a lot of pain and could barely stand and could not get back in line. They said they would help me and hung up. The line continued to grow, they continue to take patient after patient for another 15 minutes while they made me sit there in excruciating pain and refused to help me. I will never use that pharmacy again, it's inexcusable and disgusting that they would treat anybody like that

used to work well now I have a lot of issues with coupon scanning and even clipping. I no longer can scan, it does nothing. So then I have to sign in to the app to look up items, that can sometimes produce varying results and even clipped items can disappear. It makes me super frustrated in store when I already dislike grocery shopping. Change for the sake of change isn't always good ...

Too many stickers or icons, looks messy, to many messages makes that app slow. Not clean. Too many categories. More simple and clean looking would be better. Looks like those large restaurants menus that are overwhelming

Almost every time when I need to use the app to clip a digit coupon at the store, it forced to download a new version. The time spent standing in front of cashier to update app, rethink the credentials to login, scroll the long list to find that particuler 1 item (no search) and clip in order to save $1 (or less) just not worth it! Why can't the app is designed to allow using it for a long period of time, even there are new versions available? Forward compactability feature
