Driver never showed up. No message was sent , had no way of contacting him because they don't include a phone number. I was going to the port and almost missed the ship if it wasn't for a taxi that was passing by. So if you miss your flight or something else there's no guarantee for your tickets don't depend on this app.

After Installation I try to select a drive and end up with the map. There I cannot select anything and I cannot return or exit. Removed and installed again, same issue. De-installed the app. Useless.

An embarrassment of service. I make a reservation a day before. Just ten minutes before the time they start looking for a taxi driver, it passes the appointed time and they cancel my service because they can't find a taxi driver. On the other hand, if I cancel the service less than an hour before the requested time, I am charged €10. On the other hand, they do not compensate me if they cancel my service, asymmetrical conditions. You are scammers. Update: Your community manager is inept. You don't even deserve the time to answer each other.

Unreliable service, 40 minutes delay in Rome, no response from the driver. I had made several reservations, following this first (and last) experience which cost me 70 euros of tickets for an outing that I missed because of the amateurism of the service: I deleted the account. Null, to be avoided.

Poorly programmed. 2pm taxi ordered on 1930h. Driver confirmed 3 p.m. In 1930h no taxi there. No possibility to contact the driver or support. This case is simply not envisaged. Cancellation only for a fee. 2 hours later the message that the driver has canceled and no costs will be incurred. Great. An evening dress with beer ruined because we took the tram after all. Feedback in the app is not possible because no ride has been booked yet. 🙄

Terrible app, not trustworthy on fares. I ordered a fare that would cost 20€ max as suggested by app and it would take up to 30 minutes max but BECAUSE the application can't tell basic information like "the road is full of traffic you will need about 1hour 45 minutes to go and it will cost 35€." Changing the route with Google maps saved us 15 minutes, imagine how much more i would pay by staying in suggested route

Clearly knows who I am but refused to let me sign in with its various authentication. Email or numbers by text failed to advance one. Seems incapable of coping with people moving between countries. No technical support! Waste of time.
