Never received my order

Quite disappointed with how they handled missing orders. Even though they promised to resend the order, they did not follow through. Looking through the reviews, I'm not the only one this happened to. If this is how they treat small orders, I'll never trust with a bigger order. Never again.

Been trying all month to get the table top photo stand. I've tried and tried to make it one picture on top and one picture on the bottom, your app won't let it be done even though you show it in your display.

Horrible service - long wait for small order

It took a month for me to get one order of magnets. They made me wait to reorder it. I got no notification of shipment the first time, the reorder I did. Crazy they couldn't handle it sooner. Ridiculous wait time to get something so small. Never using this again. I only used it because of a Tmobile Tuesday deal.

I have tried for four days to order a blanket from the app I pick the style and pictures and add it to cart at this point it says loading and stays loading for hours with no results and about six times it says my session has expired and login again a couple of times it says whoops and then stays in that mode and I have to restart my phone I did chat with the help section two days ago and they gave me a list of what it could be causing it I went through the settings and everything seems correct so I don't know what to do maybe you will have better luck

Not too happy

The pictures were blown up on the blanket. It was not like the set up at all. I am not happy with this blanket and will probably never order it again. The picture tile came out great.

Paid extra for shipping and they did not ship on time. I highly recommend never paying extra shipping cost. They lie and i will no longer order from them. And they refuse to reimburse me shipping cost.
