Order arrived covered in blood.

The pictures arrived very quickly, however they arrived covered in blood. I'm trying to get hold of a human to resolve this with but I can't. Disgusting and unhygienic.

Disappointed

Have ordered photos many times but this time they are very poor quality. Dark, washed out and not suitable for putting in frames. Maybe time to try another company ?

This First time when I used this app it was amazing getting 10 free prints for free but when now I am trying to order more prints it says PayPal payment, I think freeprint should upgrade and add door payments thats when I shall continue ordering from this app I hope all you guys support me with this idea and make a change in the app. I hope to see door payment soon once the door payment added then I shall put five starts

Really upset by this experience

I did a 214 print order of pictures of my new born baby, pictures outside our address and in the hospital. Not only has it not arrived after paying £8 in express delivery but they have lost those pictures throughout delivery course. I'm not sure how anyone else would feel, but I feel like me & my newborn have been violated. Knowing pictures of my baby/address could be anywhere has really got my back up! I have used this app a lot and never really had any problems but this issue is awful, I can't even get hold of anyone to find out what's going on just keep going round and round in circles with an automatic help assistant. If someone working at free prints see this, please do something about this and rectify this issue as it's really affected me!

Misleading advertising

Send advertising emails offering free collection which they are then not able to fulfil. Nearly 20 emails back and forth with customer service and they didn't even try to resolve the issue, just kept fobbing me off. Will be using another app for prints in future.

Not freeprints

Just look when ordering who does all the extra gifts. We had terrible trouble with Christmas cards which were one piece of card, and mugs with writing all over the face!!! It was a nightmare complaining as it's not freeprints who you deal with, they just use that as a platform. Not good at costumer service. I use them just for 45 prints a months now and nothing else.
