Difficult to even book
The website and the app offer different times and prices. I wanted Premier booking for certain flights and it was not offered on the app. Online it was offered, but for the wrong flights. On the app the pop ups to upgrade are everywhere making it impossible to just get to the final page to pay!

my date of birth is wrong, and it can't be corrected, making every trip a problem, the app is very user Unfriendly, login is always difficult, extra long delays...

Pricing weird
App on iPhone and computer is different at the same time. Website is slow and not responsive!

The 24 hour cancellation is a bait and switch. Had to rebook a flight for an earlier date and couldn't cancel through the app. Had to call and chat with an ESL illiterate for hours only to end up with a voucher and an $80 penalty fee even though I rebooked through frontier. Bottom tier thievery from start to finish.

Changing travel times
Our flight time have been changed 3 times since purchase from early morning to early evening. No customer service to reach and no option to change. It's LA to Vegas but on the app to change it says it's carried by Volaris Mexico and to visit their site. Entering confirmation code and last name Volaris does not recognize us as a customer so no itinerary to access. Now this is $425 with MY travel completely out of my hands and essential business meeting we had scheduled at 1pm unable to attend. This literally threatens my career. If I had customer service to work with ok but there is none. This seems illegal, a fraudulent business where I have no control over my time and travel that I paid for and no way to a solution. Any tips on who to report to on this?

The worst airline I lost a connection flight and they just send me a mail saying they cannot do anything even when both flights were the same airline
