The app and customer service are horrible

I've reached out via email to let Shell know that my fill-ups were registering to the rewards card, but I get the emails with my receipts. I emailed them and they asked for pictures of the card; I sent pictures of the card. They never replied. Then, I went to update my app, and the app won't let me input information. For Shell to be a lucrative company, their technology lacks.

gas was a dollar higher than advertised even though it said it had just updated. pretty pointless if it can't accurately give gas prices

Needs to know your location all the time. Even with that enabled it doesn't recognize when you're at the pump. Id rather only permit while using the app or turn it off. I have to enter my number anyway.

Almost great

App is slow to update when looking at history and purchases. Recent updates are annoying persistent in asking for access to full time precise location and personal movement info. Absolutely no reason the app needs either. One suggestion to developers: in the history, show the full address of the station where the purchase was made. Street names are useless when traveling…include the name of the city.

Getting shorted a benefit!

I'm platinum so I get .10 off every fill-up. My T-mobile gives me another .20 on Tuesdays.. I'm not physics professor, but I'm pretty sure .10+.20 = .30 Fuel rewards say it equals .25

The Fuel Rewards® program (aka Fuel Rewards Network or FRN), is a free loyalty program that helps you save money on fuel at over 11,000 Shell stations, nationwide. Shop: Earn at least 5¢/gal for every $50 you spend at select local and online merchants.

Travel: Earn 5¢/gal for every $50 spent when you book hotels, flights and rental cars, through the Fuel Rewards program.

With Mastercard: Look for exclusive offers from Mastercard to accelerate your savings.

HOW TO SAVE AT THE PUMP

• Use the app to find a participating Shell or other participating fuel stations.
