Since the last update on April 24, the app often opens by itself with a black, contentless screen. In addition, there is always the message about the new vehicle name, which is completely meaningless, and the message cannot be switched off. Use the XT with different vehicles and all notifications are turned off.

Stay far away
Buy nextbase or other brands, have had no problems with other brands, with garmin everything fails, but can also not use wireless CarPlay at the same time as garmin for some reason uses wifi...........

Quite good, simple but effective. However, the big downside is that there is no option to automatically split recordings. You end up with 1 file of 11 hours, super heavy to transfer... The application launches without being asked... Too bad, otherwise it's okay.

I'm 5 miles away from my Garmin device, every time I attempt to connect to any WiFi network or Bluetooth device this app opens and I have to fight to get the app I need to open because this app won't stay closed. I want a way to turn it off when not in use!

I have a Garmin DriveSmart 76 GPS. In the previous updates of Garmin Drive there was the "locate vehicle" function, which was very useful to me but in this update it seems to have disappeared or I cannot configure it on my mobile. If they've removed that feature, which is very useful, I'll change my rating to one star

So where has the DC Tandem voice control and parking mode options gone??? Updated the app the option under Setup has just gone. Connection with Mini 2 and Pixel 8 Pro is worse than pulling teeth with a pair of pliers.
