Worst company to get ahold of!!!
Many times over for various scenarios it has been pulling teeth with getting the run around and constantly being on hold. They are fast to take your monthly payment but not so fast to deliver the service you pay for. Worst customer service anycompany can ever have. No exaggeration. This is a fact.

DriveEasy is a scam. I supposedly got 17 "hard braking" incidents in a single trip (all freeway) and customer service didn't offer any sort of solution. In fact, they told me that's the reason they don't personally use it (way to go GEICO - even your employees think the program is garbage). It took my score from 96 to 82. Fix your app.

I've been using this app for a discount. Two things I have noticed about this app are: 1, the hard breaking is very odd. I have put it to the test. I have intentionally broken hard, and it didn't register as hard breaking; but then it would register hard breaking for no reason. Maybe the phone sliding around in the console causes it. 2, phone usage: I'll be in a parking lot using my phone, parked, hang up and drive, and the app will dock me for phone usage. I believe the app lags in this issue.

For years Geico & I had a pretty good relationship. I put up with their inane, repetitive TV ads because their rates were low. Then my wife & I decided to merge our Geico accounts, hoping that "bundling" would lead to a discount. It didn't, but what did happen was that Geico enrolled me in autopay without my consent (my wife has it for her car but I never had it for mine). I had to drill down deep into settings to free myself. Now the ads seem worse than ever & we're looking at other insurers.
