They will freeze your account and never reply to you!
Be careful, you run the risk of being completely ghosted by this company when you need their help the most! They will literally never respond to your emails. As if you have been black listed. Go and read the online forums this has happened to many many people and don't let it happen to you. Very poor quality company BE ADVISED!

Is this application still working? Our KYC authentication is very difficult, information entry frames cannot import data. We don't understand how Gemini could write an app so unacceptably bad that it deserves 1 star.

This app is TRASH!! I was gouged with INSANE fees for selling usdt. Cuz I forgot that "active trader" is only enabled on the website. I accidentally hit accept instead of cancel. I would NEVER use a service with such high fees. DELETING the app so this never happens again!! (And withdrawing from gemini completely)

Very very bad
I transfered money but can't do nothing with it, more than 1500 $ frozen. Impossible to trade and even withdraw my money… almost 3 weeks and I'm still trying to understand what is going on, the support service told me they will fix the issue asap… still waiting.

After more than 24 hours the account is still in the verification phase (thank goodness they say that the verification lasts a couple of minutes) I hope it is not an app that aims to steal personal data, I do not recommend.
