Pointless. I booked a taxi several times for a short distance for my ma who had a stroke recently and can't walk the short distance to kupat cholim. We offered every driver a tip to compensate each time. But after a few times they put a restriction on me: I can't book less than an hour in advanced and a minimum of 10km journey (in a small city of Tel Aviv). If the Tel Aviv municipality wants to get more people out of their cars, they need to speak to these greedy, lazy taxi drivers.

The drivers do not agree with the prices written in the app and when they arrive they say that it is even twice the price listed.

They do not respond for their corrupt drivers
I was charged 3 times the normal rate by one of their drivers. I complained to them, they never answer my complaint but were very fast to bill me the overcharge.

You pay 10£ just for booking, and during the drive the meter ticks away. Did not feel fair. Good driver and comfy rider though.

Great application used it for years, but The 1 hour ahead of time for 10km ride (in Tel Aviv for 10 minutes ride) made it unusable for me and made me switch application

Location services are inaccurate
I requested two different rides on the app, and my location was reported to the drivers incorrectly, both times, and the drivers called me and told me they could not pick me up. I was charged a cancellation fee of 7 pounds for each canceled ride. I contacted customer service, and the best they were willing to do was a "goodwill voucher" on my account for one of the fees. Why would I ever trust this app again? Proceeded with caution!

Why the hell does the taxi app show NEITHER THE APPROXIMATE TIME OF THE TRIP, NOR THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID??? Only the "request a ride" button... What do I order in general? How much money should I take with me?? How much will the trip cost?? 50 shekels? 300?? How can you plan your road with such a bad application?? Have developers ever seen how normal apps work at all? Or is it a kind of trick to rip off customers? I ordered a trip, found out the amount,, refused and paid a fine??
