Waste of time
The app is so buggy - it never works, even if you claim offer and upload an image of the receipt, it'll claim, days later, that the purchase could not be verified. Trying to cash out is extremely frustrating as well - I linked and relinked my bank account, but it would never work. Finally had to just cash out to PayPal. I'm deleting this app as the 8¢ you earn is not worth the hassle.

App Fuel prices don’t match actual pump prices
This app is so misleading. Today I claimed a deal for gas for $0.13 off which brought the price down to $3.529/gal. However when I arrived at the gas station the price for a gallon was $3.949. Upside does not update their fuel prices as often as GasBuddy and everyone using upside should take the displayed fuel prices in the app at face value, at best.

Frustrating
I've used it for years and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It'll ask me to say I'm here, say I paid and then weeks later after I've put the receipt away says you didn't earn cash back. What does that even mean? What is this system? I'd have to email on ever rejected cash back. I'm going to stop using it and find something else.

I would give it 5 starts but I don't like that it takes 2-5 days to send to a bank oppose to putting on a gift card. I don't know if they had a debit card option for a transfer, if not, I'd consider adding that to this app. Overall good savings. I would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS APP!!
I've lost my cash back twice now due to the app resetting itself or something that requires me to log back in each time and each time I do my cashback is down to zero. There is no phone support to call for help to retrieve my cash back. I'm extremely disappointed in this app. They owe me money.
